BPSC Assistant Architect Selection Process 2024
The selection process for the post of BPSC Assistant Architect consists the two stages:
Written Examination (75 Marks Weightage)
This round is an objective type exam where you can score up to 300 marks. You’ll have 2 hours to complete it. For each incorrect answer, 1/3 mark will be deducted. The exam will cover subjects such as General Awareness, General Science, Mathematics, General Hindi, and English to evaluate your abilities and knowledge. Only candidates who pass this written exam will proceed to the next round of selection.
Assessment of Work Experience (25 Marks Weightage)
After passing the written exam, selected candidates will have to attend an interview. This interview is worth 25 marks and will focus on their work experience in architecture after completing their basic degree or diploma. They will be assessed based on how many years they’ve worked, the types of projects they’ve handled, their roles, and other relevant details. After the interview, there will be a document check. The final merit list will be based on marks from both the written exam and the interview about work experience.
