Understanding Your ICSE 2024 Results

After getting your results, it is important to understand how they are shown. Your detailed results will probably include:

Marks in each subject: The numbers or grades you got in each subject you took the exam for.

Total percentage or grade: The total percentage or grade calculated from all your subject marks combined.

Whether you passed or failed: It will show if you passed or failed the full exams overall.

Other details: Depending on how it is presented, you might see extra information like your rank (if provided) or other ways showing how well you did.

What to Do After Receiving Your Results

Recheck: If you need more clarification about your marks in some subjects, CISCE allows you to request a recheck. You can apply for this from May 6th to May 10th, 2024. You have to pay a fee of ₹1000 for each paper (for the 10th class) or each subject (for the 12th class).

Re-evaluation: If you are still unhappy after the recheck, you can choose re-evaluation within 24 hours of getting the recheck results. The fee is ₹1500 for each paper/subject.

Improvement Exam: For students who want to improve their scores in the same year, CISCE is offering an Improvement Examination in July 2024. You can take this exam for a maximum of two subjects. More details about this will be available soon on the CISCE website.
