- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with:
- Minimum 50% marks in aggregate
- Pass Class for SC / ST / PwBD candidates
- Must know about word processing on PC
- Ex-Servicemen Candidates (except dependents of Ex-Servicemen):
- Should be a graduate from a recognised university, OR
- Should have passed matriculation or equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service
